in no particular order -- the location was excellent, staff helpful, breakfast buffet was fresh and of good quality and dining room staff was attentive and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, comfy bed and lots of closet space. we'll definitely return. |

very good hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful stuff, and very well located near underground station breakfast was good but could be better and breakfast room could be bigger, however everybody were very friendly, |

Location was nice Champagne wasnt served to our room on arrival, I had to phone and argue with the guy on reception then he bought it to our room!! Also breakfast wasnt served on time, when our fully english breakfast finally arrived, we only had scrammbled egg just egg on out plate!!! Can you believe that! No toast! No milk wih our tea!! Due to this fiasco I was subsequently late for my appointment!! |

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Location is great. The style of hotel and rooms is really nice. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast good with good service. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast room a bit small and sometimes a queue at peak times, but not a big problem. |

Helpfull staff, great location, Room, LCD Television, Bathroom was spotless clean, Breakfast Has nothing to do with the hotel but avoid the Italian Restaurant 'Vecchiomondo' at all costs. The hotel bar had only bottled beer but there is The Tavern accross the street. |

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and nicely furnished. The TV was excellent also. There was no hot water in the morning. I requested an extension to our departure time and it was given - this should have been offered immediately under the circumstances. We had to wait around for it to be fixed when we should have been exploring London. The room included a continental breakfast (mostly fruit) - we were surprised that we were not offered free hot food after the water problem. |
