The staff were very friendly and helpful.Room had a great view, was cleaned daily and the room looked exactly like the photos.Before we booked I read the comments and was worried about distance,A metro is quite literally around the corner so I need not have worried.It was my second time to Paris & this hotel made the trip so much more luxurious.Our room was on the 7th floor & the view was amazing |

Most of the staff were very helpful. However, none could help me with the inconsistency between my booking on this site and the actual room reserved at the hotel. The bar closes quite a bit early, leaving you with no food option. The sensors on the minibar charge you even if you only look to see whats inside. They attempted to charge me for items that were still in the minibar. |
