The room was comfortable and as expected of an international hotel. Good variety of restaurants around the area including a few Asian restaurants. Also good that the metro station is just in front of the hotel. The hotel should have informed potential customers about their renovation works where the whole entrance was closed. Quite disruptive and the small reception area was unable to deal with the many people coming and going. Front desk staff were not friendly at all and at times kept customers waiting for quite a while. |

location; food staff charged us for mini-bar, although we did not use it; only two comuters to use internet, and it was expensive; staff sometimes coldnt help insimplr things, for rxample they did not know password of their computers... |

The friendliness of the staff. They spoke English and Spanish which helped because we spoke little French. The room was so comfortable. The shower, hot pot and view of the Repulique were all a plus. Can't wait to come back to see the new hotel renovations. Excellent Metro locations. Safe area. Easy taxis service. Rachel checked us in. She was pleasant and welcoming. Siad was cool! I kept forgetting to ask for an extra pillow. Maybe put one in the room. |

check in service poor and room service is also bad. Maybe we can´t speak French language. I can´t believe in 4 star hotel can´t speak English |
