Room at 25th floor (there are 29) gives you an interesting view, especially during night. Felt like i was in Osaka. Staff is friendly, even remembers your name. Free storage for luggage. Close to Railway station Brussels North. Just around the corner of the conference venue. Not sure whether the room was really a classic single (as I booked), as it was a comfortable double. On arrival there was all kinds of hotel stuff, like sink plugs, in the bath, under 10 cm of water, probably for cleaning purposes. |

position in the city, near to the centre and to undergroung 1) in 4 days I had to change three rooms, due to problems to the heating system or to the noiseand 2) they applied a tariff for the last day, 20 euros higher than what agreed with booking.com. A complaint procedure is already open 3) too long to check out: too few personnel at reception |
