location (10 mins walk to station, 15 mins walk to cathedral, city centre, shopping), very knowledgeable and friendly night clerk, breakfast buffet (wide choice), convenience of the hotel parking, room size (we booked a double deluxe on top floor with balcony), value for money |

Breakfast and reception staff were effecient Night staff and housekeeping standards were below average - no comparison to 5* is appropriate as the other review said. |

It is in a quiet area, only a few minutes walk from the station but far enough away to be quiet, and yet close enough to walk to city centre, and even closer is a street full of good restaurants. Was not quite as luxurious as I had hoped but clean and good breakfast. No tea making facilities in the room but you could buy hot and cold drinks and snacks at the reception. |

Nice quiet hotel and good value. Also the staff were helpful. Breakfast is fine. There was a mosquito problem in our air conditioned room. Maybe the system needs to be thoroughly cleaned? |

Good size of room. Breakfast was excellent both in choice and quantity. Good shower. No bar, but that's my fault for not reading the description correctly. Receptionist (morning) told us the diamond museum was closed Mondays - but it was actually - as stated in the booklet - on Wednesdays. Watch your feet on the doorstop which prevents the door from slamming into the WC but will also spike your foot if you aren't paying attention. |

Good sized rooms. They did not spot mrs mcfarlanes booking was for two people so I ended up without a room, luckily they found one at the 4star keyser who were happy to take me in for the night. The receptionist confirmed all sorted. On arrival at hotel the following day it was still an issue but luckily they had kept a bed for me. |
