The room was enormous clean, well equipped and very quiet. The hotel was convenient for centre of Antwerp. Excellent value for money. |

Clean and warm. Good breakfast and all the the staff were really helpful. Garage parking a bit tight !! The hotel is further away from the old town square than we thought - it's quite a walk when it's cold although the trams are very close and only take 10 minutes |

Excellent service and staff. Great location near downtown. It is also a perfect place to stay at for events at Metropolis, because the tram station is very close and you dont need to transfer. They charge for internet separately and they don't have card keys, but that's just a minor inconvenience. |

Clean and spacious rooms. Very close to tram stop. Average bathroom. Hotel was a 20 min walk from the market square. |

The hotel is at walking distance from the city center (20 minutes). Staff is very competent and they all speak English. Room very big and clean. Rooms were a bit "old" in the style. |

Good location. Quiet, clean, good continental breakfast. 92.50 euro/night special was a great deal for this level hotel. It did not have a business center, ie computer available for guests. There is wireless, but I did not travel with a laptop. The bath/shower is dangerous for the elderly. |

The room are very spacious, separate toilet, separate bathroom with a big corner bath and a dressing room. Staff at the reception were very helpful and polite. We had twin beds joined in together and it was uncomfortable as there was a big gap in the middle. There were no bathrobe and ironing facilities in the room as stated in their room facilities. The furnitures are old-fashioned. the cupboards and drawers are very stiff when opening and closing. |
