Ok - nothing special. Not usual Hilton quality Lack of facilities in room. Poor selection of bathroom creams, lotions etc. Prices were ridiculously high for such as internet use and drinks in thre fridge. 6.5 Euros for small bottle of water |

Some of the stuff were very friendly. The carpet was very old and dirty, the couldnt get the tv to work. Not what I expeced from Hilton hotel. |

I have stayed in many Hiltons, but this one was a bit of a disappointment. The room was not very clean, the staff did not replenish the supplies of coffee, tea, suger, etc. It took a few calls. Not at all value for money. |

The check out concierge was a competent worker. Price of the minibar was not clearly listed ( and eur7.0 for 25cl of plain water is a bit too much). There was a crack in the ceiling of the room. We were woken up by a phone call at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday being offered the "special breakfast offer" when we specifically asked for breakfast arrangement when we checked in. The carpet in the room is old style. Slippers were totally absent. |

the quick registration and departure process. The bed was very comfortable . The buffet breakfast on the executive floor was excellent and the view from the dining room was spectacular The shower was difficult to regulate and control the temperature |
