Hotel clerk was rude and audibly laughed at our request for any recommended beer taverns. Considering how well known Belgium is for its beer, we chalked it up simply to a self-aggrandizing clerk. Otherwise, great hotel. |

It's in a fantastic place - one of the nicest squares in the city and very convenient. The breakfast was very good. Nice staff. They have put wooden floors in without carpeting so it is shockingly noisy. Every step and every movement can be heard from the rooms next door and above. Sadly that would stop me going back again. I suggest that they put some form of floor-covering in. |

I think that superior rooms look like something else. Breakfast for 50EUR is something unbeliveable. Dirty basins and didn't function WiFi in the hotel. Parking space was totally full and hotel staff sent me to public parking place 1,5 Km from hotel... |

The hotel, facilities and staff was very good. There was actually one thing that was missing in the room: a mirror. There was one in the bathroom but no other. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and it was a thoroughly good experience. We were upgraded to a larger room with our 2yr old daughter which we appreciated very much, even though it was located next to the lifts which was a little noisy. However we had a perfect view of the Place Sablon which was great. Breakfast buffet was ok in quality but the choice was very good (quantity). |

It is well situated for transport to and from the airport. It is a very nice area. The staff are very helpful. The shower head is very low and it had not been cleaned for a very long time. I also find that cleaning the room at 1600 is a bit too late. |

The reception staff very good, rooms very good and location good The restaurant, the staff very bad, food good if you managed to get it served hot, I had to send mine back twice. Being kept waiting, and staff generally not caring. |
