Close to Brussels Midi/Zuid train station (less than a block). Received a very good weekend rate. Excellent, helpful staff at desk. |

Renovated and clean room. Nice hotel from inside. New and clean even though some part of the stairs is still in the process of reconstruction. Good hotel for young people who will be spending most time roaming arount the city. Hotel is situated in a close distance to center but in a bad area itself. The train station is near and the neighbourhood is a bit unpleasant. No heaters in the room. Room is heated by mean of airconditioning which is loud. |

Gare Midi is near. There is no warer thermo, mini bar, small freezer or those most hotel have. You will feel it as an empty chamber. It is not worth for the price. |

This hotel is quite clean. However, for the two days I stayed in the hotel, there were electricity cuts (power shortage) every 10 minutes in the morning and this would last for a few minutes. This was quite annoying. I hope that was a temporary problem but no explanations were given. |

clean, new furniture Heating by remote control. Woke 4 am from being cold, found there was a power cut, nothing worked except telephone. Called receptionist who checked electricity and found nothing wrong. I insisted, he found the power cut was only affecting the floor where my room was. Power back after fuse box check, but second power cut 2 hrs later when having shower.Checked out early despite cancellation charge. |

location is good; dinning area is big and bright; free internet in the room way too expensive, except the location, there is nothing worth EUR 190 per night; with such price, room is not clean enough and too small; no water boiler in the room, so can't make hot drinking water by myself, can only ask from the front desk to provide me hot water; no air condition remote in the room, you have to ask it from the front desk; had power cuts sometimes |

it is close to midi station which enable me to travel to my different destinations I had problem with the telephone lune, I could not get any incomung calls add making outgoing one. |
